Green printing refers to the realization of green environmental protection in the printing process before printing, post printing, processing and recycling. With people's attention to the ecological environment, China has vigorously promoted the transformation from traditional printing to digital printing and green printing.
In January 2010, the director of the press and publication administration, Liu Binjie, in the report of the national press and publication conference, made a clear proposal to build “ green ” printing and reproduction industry. In September of that year, the General Administration of press and publication jointly signed the "green printing strategic cooperation agreement" with the Ministry of environmental protection, vigorously promoting the development of green printing in China. In April 2011, the press and Publication Administration issued the &ldquo of printing industry; &rdquo in 12th Five-Year; the plan for the development of the period. It was planned to focus on primary and secondary school textbooks, government procurement products and food and drug packaging, and vigorously promote the development of green printing. To “ 12th Five-Year ” at the end of the term, basically set up a green printing system, and strive to green printing enterprises accounted for 30% of the total number of printing enterprises. In October of the same year, the General Administration of press and publishing and the Ministry of environmental protection issued a bulletin on the implementation of green printing (No. second of the press and Publishing General announcement 2011), the overall deployment of “ 12th Five-Year ” green printing during the work arrangement, China implemented green printing into the new stage. For more than 2 years, with the introduction of various standards and policies, as well as the development of green printing week, the concept of green printing has gradually been recognized and accepted by the printing industry and the people, and the implementation of green printing related work is also in depth.
Although China's green printing strategy has achieved fruitful results, as of October 2012, only 153 printing enterprises have obtained green printing certification, while China has more than 100 thousand printing enterprises, and 30% of the printing enterprises proposed in "printing industry “ 12th Five-Year ” period development regulation" have passed green through green. The goal of printing certification is clearly a long way to go.
In order to really push green printing forward quickly, the printing enterprise must be required to cooperate actively, but according to the survey data, the situation is not very ideal. 55% of the printing companies said they would first consider green and green, and 18% of the printing companies said that the green printing system would have an important impact on the strategic planning and investment strategy of the enterprise. At the same time, 53% of the printing companies agree with “ green printing and business revenue are closely related to ” and 31% of the printing companies believe that, in addition to the need for green printing, the environmental awareness of the printing materials suppliers will not be ignored. In the future, they will be more inclined to buy environmentally friendly and environmentally friendly printing materials.
At present, the impact of more and more environmental awareness of customers, coupled with the increasing public opinion environment, the pressure of the printing industry is becoming more and more environmental pressure. The survey shows that 2/3 customers attach great importance to all kinds of environmental certification for printing and printed products, and nearly half of the printing companies have mentioned that customers need to have a clear view of the recycling of waste.
In addition to printing companies, green printing still needs to be understood and selected by the end market and the whole society. When the green printing has become an inevitable trend of development, secondly, the green printing standard section is not perfect and unreasonable, once hindered the smooth development of green printing certification, but at present it has been paid attention by the relevant departments, and improved and perfected in the process of subsequent standard setting. Finally, we can not get around the cost problem. We still have too much to think about on the way forward.
